As a Human Development Educator, inasmuch as all problems require solutions, I assist clients to develop timely approaches to conflict-resolution; based on comprehensive principles for learning to master critical struggles.
In my consultations then with individuals, groups, and organizations, I will reliably reflect:
Outstanding understanding, for analyzing the dynamics of conflict-resolution; particularly addressing how psychology positively or negatively affects individual and family identities, attitudes, beliefs, choices, and behaviors; regarding personal and interactive outcomes.
Sound orientations to practical and spiritual approaches to wisdom; applicable to attaining healthful resolutions to complex challenges; such as found in addiction, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, in intra-personal and interpersonal conflicts.
Strong competencies regarding vocational settings; where balance needs to be achieved, between personal, collective, supervisory, and employee relations.
Sensitive, trustworthy attention paid to maintaining consistent respect for privacy.
